Transliteration: Om bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ tat savitur vareṇyaṃ bhargo devasya dhīmahi dhiyo yo naḥ prachodayāt ||

Origin Story

The Gayatri Mantra is traditionally chanted at sunrise, noon, and sunset (the three sandhyas). It can be chanted silently or aloud. It is important to chant with reverence and focus. It's recommended to chant it 3, 9, or 108 times.
